Daughters of the King

The Church of the Advent's chapter of Daughters of the King , The Chapter of the Good Shepherd, began in February 1998. Since that time, it has grown into an extraordinary light of prayer that touches many people in and outside of our community. Since 1998, Daughters of the King has been preparing women for membership through our study guide and examination of their hearts. Our chapter plans to grow in number and in love and service to God.  Contact:  Susan Kurtz.

Lay Eucharistic Visitors visit with Eucharist from Sunday worship to those unable to attend.  Visitors serve on teams of two on a rotation basis.  Training provided. Contact either Fr. Dann, or, Susan Kurtz.

Community Prayers Register A prayer kneeler and book to list petitions for prayer is always in the back of the church.  Each Sunday, the Prayer Register is brought forward to the Altar.

Prayers for Healing are offered during the Evensong service Tuesday nights throughout the year.
